The Township of North Brunswick adopted a transit-village-oriented zoning overlay ordinance to govern development of the former Johnson & Johnson campus at 2300 U.S. Highway 1. The ordinance establishes height limits, density targets, street-network requirements, design standards, and open-space requirements consistent with Smart Growth principles.
